Between July 23–26, 2025, Yedi Nokta Derneği joined a Quality Certificate Training in Gaziantep 🍯
This four-day training brought together organizations that want to improve the quality of their projects and make a bigger impact. For Yedi Nokta Derneği, it was both a learning opportunity and a chance to meet other organizations, share ideas, and explore possible collaborations.
The training focused on:
- Program priorities – learning what the program aims to achieve and how we can match our work to these goals.
- Implementation – discovering practical ways to make our projects more effective.
- Management – improving our planning, monitoring, and evaluation skills.
- Digital platforms – using online tools to work better with partners and participants.
- Contract content – understanding agreements clearly to ensure smooth cooperation.
This experience gave us useful knowledge and tools to create stronger, well-managed projects. It also reinforced our commitment to delivering work that is transparent, effective, and beneficial for our community.
