The Remote Working Risk Management Platform benefited the following target groups:
1. A total of 1,250 participants, including 410 civil society organization employees and 840 volunteers, who had to work from home or outside the office during the pandemic, accessed the online platform.
These employees and volunteers gained knowledge, skills, and experience to prevent risks associated with remote working. The platform supported our target audience by helping them work more efficiently and safely in an out-of-office environment. Additionally, the online platform provided information in both Turkish and Arabic to ensure accessibility for NGO employees and volunteers.
2. 60 local NGOs and 120 facilitators who will lead local training sessions as part of the project: Their capacity was strengthened in both remote working risk management and facilitation skills. They were provided with guide materials and methods, which also helped increase their visibility and effectiveness.
