Seven Points Volunteers (IV3)

Yedi Nokta Association and project partners have prepared individual volunteering projects that involve volunteers in international solidarity movements in order to achieve their long-term goals. The project implemented within this scope includes the following activities.

Activity 1 – Individual Volunteering: A total of 16 volunteers participated in volunteering activities in the Galicia region of Spain for 57 days.

Host organization: The volunteers were hosted in the Galicia region of Spain by the organization called Fundacion Condado de Taboada.

Volunteers took part in the following activities:

1. Preparation of land suitable for agriculture and its sustainable use,
2. Support in the ecological garden and the care of domestic animals there,
3. Contribution to the marketing of fair trade and organic products,
4. Planning, implementation and evaluation of additional activities for social empowerment (training, mentoring and pilot applications),
5. Presentation of innovative ideas for the development of existing and new products.
